Taste Tri-Valley Restaurant Week a Five Star Success! |
VTV’s 3rd Annual Taste Tri-Valley Restaurant Week was a roaring success due to the 2,300 passport diners, 500 deal redemptions, 58 culinary options, 11 wineries, outstanding media coverage and 6 exciting events! Many thanks to the five chefs from Wente Vineyards, Blossom & Root, Sabio on Main, LB Steak and Republic of Cake for the opening night kick off chef collaboration benefiting Open Heart Kitchen (pictured top). A special recognition goes to Aly Wente for generously providing the spectacular setting and outstanding wines. The closing night Sunday Supper was beautifully presented by the 5 Locanda chefs held at Locanda Amalfi in Pleasanton (middle picture) perfectly paired with award winning and delicious Las Positas Vineyard wines. Combined, both chef events raised $12,469 for Open Heart Kitchen! This year’s 10-day extravaganza also included signature culinary experiences with the Livermore Valley Wine Trolley (pictured), Page Mill Winery, The Cheese Parlor, McGrail Vineyards, and BottleTaps. The lucky winner from California’s Central Valley will enjoy a two night stay at The Pleasanton Marriott, Blackhawk Museum tickets, a bike ride with Pedago, and $200 in dining gift certificates. Congratulations everyone! The Tri-Valley continues to shine on the culinary map of the Bay Area!

This educational conference also included the reveal of upcoming marketing campaigns and co-op programs, 2022 highlights, and the new www.NativeCalifornia.com website featuring CA’s indigenous tribes and cultural offerings.
