Welcome Keri

Keri Miller has recently joined the staff at the Cedar Falls Tourism & Visitors Bureau as the Content Coordinator. Keri's primary responsibilities will include developing and coordinating communications, marketing, advertising, and branding efforts, including special projects and media relations. She will be creating and sharing content via social media, websites, and newsletters.

Keri previously worked at Talk to Me Technologies for over eight years as the Marketing Director. Keri can be reached at keri.miller@cedarfallstourism.org or 319-268-4266, Tuesday through Friday.

Bring the Heat | Christmas in September

Join the Cedar Falls Community Theatre at the Historic Oster Regent Theatre for a fundraiser September 17, 4pm. The performance will feature scenes and songs from Winter Wonderettes (2017), A Christmas Carol (2018), Holiday Inn (2019), Miracle on 34th Street (2022), and the upcoming The Happy Elf (2023). Main Street Madness

The UNI men's and women's basketball teams will take the streets in Cedar Falls Downtown District September 21 at the River Place Plaza. This one-of-a-kind fan experience will begin with a 5:30pm social hour, followed by the basketball teams arriving at 6pm to take the court for some skill challenges and public interaction. Registrations are encouraged, walk-ups are welcomed. To register visit supporthepanthers.com. 

Panthers on Parade

The Cedar Falls Tourism & Visitors Bureau is bringing Panthers on Parade, a community pride project featuring the University of Northern Iowa’s TC mascot, to the Cedar Valley. Approximately 25 six-foot tall fiberglass mascots will be embellished by local artists and displayed at various locations throughout Cedar Falls and the Cedar Valley from May through October 2024. This is a call for artists to submit an artist proposal by September 22. To learn more or to submit an artist proposal, visit panthersonparade.com.
