COVID-19, also known as the Coronavirus has affected many area businesses. The Cyber Bytes Foundation has partnered with industry experts to help navigate businesses through this time. Topics in this webinar include: Managing Debt and Cash flow during COVID-19, Finding New Sources of Funding (EDA/SBA programs), Legal aspects of FFCRA & CARES Act, Navigating Intricacies of Federal, State, and Local Tax through COVID-19, Messaging and Shifting Sales Cycles, and How a local business owner (GOVCon) is handling and responding to COVID-19. This webinar is free, however you must register in advance at the Zoom link below.
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS RESOURCES & UPDATES Due to overwhelming response and a large number of qualified applicants, the Stafford County EDA Small Business Coronavirus Disaster Assistance Grant Fund is no longer accepting submissions. Applications submitted before 12:00 (noon) on April 1 are under review and applicants will be notified soon. Applications received after 12:00 (noon) on April 1 and before 5:00 PM, April 3 are under review and applicants will be notified on April 10.
We encourage all eligible businesses to apply to the SBA EIDL and Paycheck Protection Program ASAP. All resources and links can be found on our Coronavirus Business Resource page.
