January 13-15 @the Grounds

Elite Event Partners is serving up some fierce 3-day volleyball competition January 13-15  @the Grounds. Last year's event drew over 400 teams and generated 850+ room nights in Placer Valley Hotels. The event returns this month with open divisions for 18, 16, 14, and 12. Join us for an intense display of talent and spirited matches right here in our community—an event not to be missed!

USTA Adult League Combo Sectionals

January 19-21 at Johnson Ranch Sports Club

Start the New Year swinging as Roseville welcomes the USTA Adult League Combo Sectionals from January 19-21, hosted at Johnson Ranch Sports Club! Engaging over 300,000 players annually, USTA Leagues stand as the nation’s foremost competitive adult tennis league. These Combo Sectionals mark the inaugural USTA event hosted at Johnson Ranch for the year, kicking off significant tourism to our region.

Byers Rose Gold Classic

January 26-28 @the Grounds

The Byers Roseville Gymnastics Club presents the Rose Gold Classic, Northern California's Largest Gymnastics Meet @the Grounds from January 26-28! Experience competitive excitement from various regions with the 1st Place AA winners awarded real roses dipped in Rose Gold. With ample seating and optimal views for all events, this dual awards event showcases top-tier gymnastics talent in Placer Valley.

Quadball National Qualifier Championship 

February 10-11 at Maidu Regional Park in Roseville

Prepare for the excitement of the US Quadball National Quadball Qualifier at Maidu Fields in Roseville, CA, on February 10-11! Introduced in 2005 at Middlebury College, Quadball combines elements from rugby, dodgeball, and tag to create a unique mixed-gender contact sport. Teams of seven athletes maneuver with brooms between their legs, making for an intense and visually dynamic competition.
