Spring VIP Weekend

April 2-3 on the Placer Wine Trail

Placer Valley Tourism is a proud sponsor of the Spring VIP Weekend on the Placer Wine Trail! Be a VIP for a day and enjoy some exclusively curated leisure time at your favorite Placer County wineries. Experience custom-curated tastings at participating wineries in private, seated table service for groups of 2-6. The event includes a meet & greet with owners & winemakers, live music at some locations, and a gourmet take-along lunch. 

Run Rocklin

April 3 at Johnson Springview Park

Get your sneakers ready for the 19th Annual Run Rocklin on April 3rd! All proceeds from this community event are donated to the Matt Redding Foundation, local schools and other non profit organizations. Local law enforcement agencies are among the thousands of runners and walkers that will once again participate in the morning trek through the Rocklin city streets.

SacAnime Roseville

April 15-17 @the Grounds

SacAnime is back @the Grounds this month! With 100-plus exhibitors and thousands of cosplayers dressed in their best, SacAnime Spring 2022 is a showcase of fun for the whole family. Find that rare "Funko Pop!" figurine, purchase hand-drawn anime prints from artists, and possibly get a photo with one of the many special guests!

Rainbow Dance Competition

April 30 & May 1 @the Grounds

The Rainbow Dance Regional Competition returns to Roseville on April 29 - May 1. Rainbow Dance is dedicated to producing a high-quality dance event that creates rewarding experiences for dancers, teachers, and parents. They seek to provide each of these performers with the opportunity to shine in a positive, rewarding, and exhilarating competition setting. Last year, this event brought 127 hotel room night stays to Placer Valley!

Rocklin Community Festival

May 19-22 at Johnson- Springview Park

The Rocklin Community Festival is Back! The 12th Annual Rocklin Community Festival will be held at Johnson Springview Park on May 19-22. Sponsored by the Rocklin Kiwanis and the City of Rocklin, all festival proceeds will directly benefit children in the community. Come enjoy the carnival rides, live music, beer & wine garden, food trucks, and vendors at this year's event!

PVT NEWS!

Placer Valley Tourism offers an event grant program to support organizations hosting events in Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln that generate overnight stays in hotels within the PVT footprint.

We are excited to announce that on February 28, 2022, the PVT Board of Directors unanimously voted to increase the room night and tracking incentives for the standard event grant. Please click the button below to learn more about these updates.
