Magic on Set, Ottawa's holiday short film, premieres at TIFF Lightbox |
Magic on Set premiered at Toronto’s iconic TIFF Lightbox Theatre on October 15. Team Ottawa welcomed 50 Toronto-based corporate planners, alongside media and influencers, for a holiday red-carpet celebration.
Guests enjoyed a magical reception with handcrafted signature cocktails, an ice sculpture and festive bites, followed by a short film screening — complete with popcorn, of course! After the film, a panel discussion with the creative team offered insights into the project.
Magic on Set follows Sarah, who rediscovers her Christmas spirit while filming in Ottawa, guided by a charming local named David. Their adventures through the city capture the warmth of the season — and the city.
Now streaming on YouTube, MagicOnSet.ca, and Air Canada’s in-flight entertainment until 2026. |
