Casino Lac-Leamy to welcome $50-million convention centre

A new $50-million, 100,000-square-foot convention centre is coming to the Casino Lac-Leamy grounds in Gatineau, with completion expected in two years.

Financed by Loto-Québec, the venue will offer modern amenities for meetings and events — without disrupting current casino operations. (read more)

Ottawa Tourism’s Business Events team hosted the Toronto Signature Event Venue Series, connecting top meeting planners with 14 Ottawa partners through curated daytime networking and elevated evening experiences.

Ottawa Tourism’s Business Events team marked Global Meetings Industry Day and Business Events Industry Week with activations in Montreal, Toronto and Washington, D.C.

Ottawa Marriott Hotel major renovations

The Ottawa Marriott Hotel is undergoing a full-scale renovation, transforming guest rooms, public spaces, and event venues like the Summit Room and Victoria Ballroom.
