August 20, 2021 Duval Tourism Forecast for 2022
Jacksonville's tourism continues to rebound and grow. Recent reports have confirmed that the future is looking bright.
While we saw the lowest STR metrics in Duval County history occur in 2020, by second quarter 2021 we were seeing growth that surpassed pre-pandemic numbers. The STR forecast for 2022 shows that occupancy will return us consistently to 2019 numbers. Average Rate will level out. RevPAR should see some small growth. For more information check out the 18 Month Forecast.
