July 3, 2020 Happy Fourth of July!
We are excited to host visitors from across the region as they celebrate the holiday weekend responsibly in Jax!
To ensure social distancing but also continue our tradition of spectacular 4th of July celebrations, the City of Jacksonville is launching fireworks from multiple neighborhoods this year. In addition to the annual Downtown fireworks over the river, there will be fireworks shows at FSCJ North Campus, the Avenues Mall, the St. Johns Town Center, Normandy/Lem Merrett Park and Ed Austin Regional Park. STOP BY AND SAY HI The Beaches Visitor Center is reopening Thursday through Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM. Our team is so excited to welcome beach-side visitors. With new safety practices in place to promote social distancing, our new and improved Visitor Center is ready to go! SHOWCASE YOUR VENUE As the city prepares to host the RNC in August, our Destination Experience team has been working hard to develop a digital venue guide for guests looking for locations to host their celebrations. If your venue would like to be featured, please read through our resources and contact Becky Smith with any questions or concerns. RNC MARKETPLACE OPPORTUNITY The RNC is now accepting applications for vendors for their Convention Marketplace.
- Booths at the Marketplace are $500 for a 10x10 booth.
