In order to help support our local restaurant community, Visit Berkeley will be setting up the second Berkeley Restaurant Week To Go, September 15-30th!

As a Berkeley resident, I have had the pleasure of enjoying all the hard work our restaurants have put in to keep our community well fed. From outdoor dining, to take out at the park, I appreciate how special Berkeley cuisine is.

To celebrate our outdoor dining and take-out that can be enjoyed in our parks and backyards, this campaign will really focus on ToGo by letting people “Taste Our Great Outdoors”.

As in previous Berkeley Restaurant Weeks, there is no cost to participate.

Here are the simple requirements to participate in #BRWToGo:

Create a pre-fixe menu offering that is either $15, $20 or $25 per person. Please keep in mind that these offerings are up to you, but should be focused on value combinations that celebrate outdoor dining, picnic packs, take out specials, etc. Get creative, create meals for families of 4 based on the per person price structure, throw in bottles of wine and pre-made cocktails, etc. If you need help coming up with ideas, please reach out and I will connect you with our local Berkeley wineries/breweries as well!
You may have more than one offering. You are welcome to have an “Outdoor Dining” menu offering and a “Take-Out” menu offering. Just make sure it falls in line with the $15, $20 or $25 per person.
Submit your menu offerings to Jeffrey Church by Friday, September 11th and have the offerings live on your ordering platform/website by Tuesday, September 15th.
We will format your menu for you, simply email us your menu offering, price point of $15, $20 or $25 per person, and photos of your restaurant/food
