Savor the Summer at Buckroe Beach Park this June

Buckroe Beach Park will be bustling with family-friendly events all summer long! Head out to the Groovin’ By the Bay concerts this summer for a musical mix that includes beach, pop, Motown and more. The music series events start at 5 p.m. on Sundays from June 5 - August 28. Whether listening or dancing, you’ll enjoy this evening of music under the stars! The City of Hampton will also host a ribbon-cutting celebration on June 30 at 4 p.m. to mark the reopening of the boardwalk. Schedule your family’s summer fun today!

Celebrate Freedom, Family and Fun this Juneteenth in Hampton

Juneteenth events will be hosted throughout the city this month including festivals, concerts and more. Juneteenth is the "longest-running African American holiday" having been honored since 1865.

Come experience a fun and affordable evening at the ballpark with the Peninsula Pilots  from June to August. The Historic Peninsula War Memorial Stadium was built in 1948 as a tribute to those that fought in WWII.

Race on Over to Larry King Law's Langley Speedway 

Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway is entering its 72nd season of racing! During the past 71 years, Langley has been home to stock car racing’s biggest names like Richard Petty, Jimmie Johnson, Chase Elliott as well as local drivers. It’s also the only NASCAR-sanctioned Weekly Racing Series in Hampton Roads. The Speedway has a full calendar of events for the summer.
