Phoebus will transform into a vibrant outdoor street fair for the Historic Phoebus Fall Festival on October 12 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Attendees can purchase handmade arts and crafts, explore community exhibits and live music, and more, as well as enjoy food and beer.
