The Colonial Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has awarded the People Who Moves America Award to Henry W. Morgan, Sr., owner of the Peninsula Pilots, Hampton' Minor League Baseball team. The award is given in recognition of a person's noteworthy accomplishments.
