The March to the Mountains promotion is running now, and we’re actively marketing it and driving guests to book on BigBear.com. This promotion runs through the booking engine because the majority of Big Bear lodging is now on the engine—making it the most consistent way to track eligibility and fulfill lift tickets.
If you’re on the booking engine:
You can link guests directly to your properties (instead of the full marketplace).

Visit your business manager page: https://book.bigbear.com/managers.php?type=editmanager
- You will see a button for "View Listing" and your link to the right.

Use this link to send people to your properties on the booking engine
- The benefit of the booking engine is that there are no fees.
- The booking engine does the rest as long as they are booking dates between March 16 - April 17, 2026.
If your PMS does not connect to the booking engine (direct bookings):
You can still run the promotion as if it were your own. Share the qualifying conditions from the March to the Mountains page with your guests, then opt them into the promotion after they book their March stay (as long as they meet the requirements listed on the promo page).

We’ve been integrating with many property management systems recently, so even if your PMS didn’t connect before, it may connect now.
