Valentine’s Weekend is coming up, and we’d love to help promote any specials, packages, events, or limited time offers you’re planning.
If you already have a promotion, please submit it by January 16 so we can start sharing it well ahead of the holiday. If you do not have something in place yet, this is a great time to create a simple offer and we will support you with added visibility. |
We are also collecting submissions for a winter feature highlighting Big Bear’s bar and restaurant scene through signature Negroni style cocktails (our “Snowgroni” spotlight). These will be promoted on BigBear.com, included in winter marketing efforts, and pitched to travel media as a fun way to experience Big Bear’s après ski and dining scene.
A Negroni traditionally balances three elements: - Bitter (Campari or red bitter)
- Sweet (vermouth or similar aperitif)
- Strong (base spirit such as gin, whiskey, mezcal, rum, or sparkling wine for a Sbagliato)
Feel free to get creative with your base spirit, vermouth, red bitters, liqueurs, and garnishes. Just keep that classic bitter sweet strong structure at the heart of your drink. |
